SWORN AT BY THE MANAGER

Good Day, <br> <br> I trust that you are keeping well. <br> <br> I would like to express my disgust at the behaviour of a so called Manager at the Spar on Florida Road. A gentleman by the name of \Fikile"not only swore at me but then continued to take my possessions without my permission in an attempt to throw me out the store and threatened me verbally. I have considered taking this up legally and file charges for attempted assault as this must be documented in the store. <br> <br> Never have I experienced such ill treatment and complete disregard for the customer (having been previously employed in the retail and/or service industry). Such behaviour would be grounds for dismissal where I am currently employed or at any reputable company for that matter. I was then promised a phone call on Monday regarding the incident from a gentleman that was trying to lock up the store ( he did not want to give me his name but I am sure he is non south African). And all of this over a bottle of wine that they did not have stock of?????This gentleman has continued to worsen the stigma that is gender based violence. Viewing myself as the weaker ***"
