Swartkops Spar are card ****mers

On the 8th of April 2024 I went to Swartkops spar in Port Elizabeth to buy R10 airtime. The cashier at spar managed to ***** R557.00 from my banking card. I went to Spar manager for clarity they saw me on camera and saw I left with airtime slip but they do not want to refund my money. My bank statement shows that the money was taken from Swartkops Spar. They are all ****** as far as I am concerned and I am thinking of opening a case against them. How do I go about doing it
