Sushi chef reusing Salmon

The sushi chef at Fiveways SPAR was taking a sushi platter that was on the shelf for the whole day and took the Salmon off the Salmon Roses to reuse, while disposing of the rice and avo. After taking it up with the manager, the manager said that they were outside contractors and not from SPAR.<br> <br> I have been buying sushi from them quite often and recommended them, but will never buy any food from the deli again. Reusing Salmon after it was on the shelf for a whole day, is a health risk waiting to happen.<br> <br> This happened 15mins before closing time. Several staff in the deli saw it happening when I confronted them about it and they laughed it off. It is the closest SPAR to me and I have always recommended it for friends, but will now warn them against it.
