Supervisor Frontline

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, I went into the Spar Cape Town Station store to purchase the small sachets of Decaf coffee. Got to the cashier and was told that this sachet don't have a barcode.

I called the Supervisor, stating that I found on the sachets on the shelf. Her response was, that the manager is not in store and she cannot override this item on the till. I had to leave the store.

As far as I am concern , the store has a Supervisor that had no function at all.
