Supervisor/Cashier with no service

I went to the SPAR in Fourways Gardes to buy data, I'm a regular customer as I work in the same center. Mamiki was standing by the cigarette counter, so I asked her if I can buy data, and she said I'd have to go to one of the tills. Seeing the long lines there, I asked if she cannot help me, and she said no.<br> <br> I went on to pay at the other tills, after which another customer came with food to pay and she helped him. I confronted him about this as she blatantly told me she doesnt work the till, and asked her why she ****? She ignored me, and I told her I'll be reporting her to the manager, from which she happily said \okay
