Superspar Vaalpark's ************** & Inequality

Since the beginning of the Spar Master-Chef pots & lids promotion, one has been collecting the stamps from number of purchases in order to qualify to buy the pots & lids at discounted prices.

I have collected enough stamps to buy as many pots but the problem is that it is very difficult to get the lids for the pots at the same in my area (Spar - Vaalpark). To buy the lids a discount booklet is not required and therefore the lids has always said to be out of stock even after they are delivered in the store. I have been runnning to the store on the days they said they receiving delivery but everytime I get there (despite how early) the lids are still not on the shelf and I'm adviced that they run out very quickly (which is not the truth). One day I went on the day of delivery later in the afternoon and a note that the "lids are out of stock countrywide" was still placed and I was adviced the same when I enquired. To my surprise when I was paying for my other goods one man was paying for about 10 lids and I went to the store manager to ask and he said it was put aside for that customer (this happened couple of times).

This is something that has been carrying on in the store untill now. The lids are never taken to the floor/shelf when they are delivered but remain in their deliver/store room and reserved for their favourites customers.

Though some customers still get to buy the lids today which are said to be out of stock countrywide for a month now, some certain customers still pay for lids that we never get to see on the shelf.

I'm in position of pots that doesn't have lids and probably may never get to have lids as the promotion is ending in two weeks time on 30th June 2021. The management has made a notice that the lids are not available but every week there are some people who are given lids.

Spar Vaalpark has shown ************** by hidding goods for certain group of people and they see it fitting that only that certain group get the benefits of a once-off privilege meant for every loyal Spar customer.

Spar is a national retail store and should serve every loyal customer equally without ************** but Superspar Vaalpark has failed to do so now.
