Superspar secunda bad meat

Bought lamb 30aug2017, packed on 29aug2017. Meat was bad/off, returned it to the store about 3hours after buying. After the manager confirmed it was bought at that store and expiry date is 03sept2017 I was offered return in meat only. I told him I would rather buy something else for the price as I don't want meat from that store anymore. I was told it has to be meat. This wasn't the first time I got rotten meat from this store, hence not accepting the meat offered. Previously this was handled to get me/the costumer happy. I would have happily walked out with another item of similar price.
