SuperSpar MidrandMall CashierName: Patience, Really ****ed Me Off!

Patience from Superspar Store needs an attitude re-adjustment. The disrespect she gave me for wanting a R20 cashback was horrible. She didn't want to serve me at first. I lowered my amount to R10 and still she was cheeky with me. I had a little verbal argument with her until she served and gave me my cashback.

I was even considerate by asking a small amount. I was stranded at 06h30 26/07.2019 and need taxi fare, Capitec ATM wasn't working outside. So I told her "so I must be able to get in a taxi because you might struggle with change later in the day?".

She must rather let customers know if she's lazy to do her job or is now ready to retire early.

Even if I had gave her an attitude, was she right to deny me that type of service? To show my unhappiness I went as far as writing this review in the evening when I could have easily forgotten about this matter.
