Superspar malmesbury

Today me and my daughter went to our local superspar in malmesbury we went to sit in the coffee shop named BEANTREE,we have ordered the chicken snitzel after a while the waiter came with the food so i told her that it is very small portion and previously it was not as small. I told her to take it back as i will not pay that kind of money for that small portion, she told me i am not the first customer who complained about it as other customers also had a problem with the portion but i must just wait until the manager comes. After a while the manager walks in and ask them what the problem is they told her i am unhappy with the portion the manager stands at the food counter and shouts from there"mam this is how our chicken comes in"so i respond i understand but for that kind of money i am not going to take it i am sorry she shouts from the counter again in front of all the staff "yes mam i cant tell the chicken how big they must be". I mean for a manager and that is the way you speak to your customers and that was not the answer i was looking for. Never in my life was i ever treated like that in front of people and for a manager that is disgusting, i really hope that they will do something about it after i went to speak to the manager of spar.
