SuperSpar Ladysmith cashier took my mother's SASSA grant on the 04th July 2024

My mother's SASSA grant My mom's pension money was taken by the Spar Ladysmith managers and teller in Ladysmith (Cnr of Lyell &, Queen St) *** She went to the Ladysmith Spar yesterday to withdraw her SASSA money and they said it didn't come out She then went to Post Office to get a statement and it said the money was withdrawn at Spar Ladysmith. She took that paper to Spar and they still said the money didn't come out and she must go to SASSA. She did that and they said the money came out as per the Statement and the statement doesn't lie

Today she went back to Spar and the managers refused to see her until she made a scene and they said they are not available to see her and the person who helped her isn't there.

How do I report these people given that I'm in Joburg and the rents are in Ladysmith 😪 My mom fainted from the stress and now she's not okay

The lady who was at the till disnt have a nane tag and they called 2 Thandeka's that they said are the managers or supervisor and they didn't help her Instead they made a mockery of her Spar Ladysmith
