SUPERSPAR KENILWORTH MARKET False Advertising

Spar Kenilworth VAT NO: ***.NLA REG NO: GAU- 102134C in Johannesburg Turfontein, is clearly misleading Customers and dealing with false advertising when plucking on price tags on shelves, on Saturday the 23rd of January 2020 we went grocery shopping and most of the stuff have wrong tags under the food items namely the MG Pasta was 2 shelves packed with price tags R9. 99 and had it been 1 packet or 1 shelf and 1 sticker put I would have thought a Customer would have wrongly stashed it back, but now 2 full shelves and stickers having that amount me and 3 other Customers saw and thought it was a bargain, as a Customer when shopping you do not read bar codes nor other full info, you soley check out the price and wording which was R9, 99 and Pasta Joy Macaroni. At the tills it charged R38 something, to my surprise I asked if it will be discounted once completed but she said NO, told her I saw price R9, 99 what has changed, she could the Manager a white gentleman Hanny, who I explained the situation and he bluntly said No, and I requested for the price stated and he just sarcastically said NO at a loud voice, not sure if his intention was to draw attention to other Customers in store as I am Black irregardless of even have 1 of the staff show the tag, as a Consumer what are my rights and to what extent or let me rephrase as a Black Consumer whats our rights as this clearly makes us seem illiterate, now when shopping do we have to now first read bar codes and all?
