Superspar Kathu’s RUDE cashier

Today 2023/11/10 I went to SuperSpar in Kathu Village Walk Mall and I must say I have never been so belittled and embarrassed in public like I was today by Matshidiso one of your very rude Cashiers.

I stood in line at the Kiosk to pay for my items as per normal but the Cashier who was assisting ignored us and called another customer from the other Queue to assist. I did not understand so I went to her and asked if she is not assisting the Kiosk line but she ignored me and spoke to the lady who was standing behind me asking her why is she just standing at the back of the queue “ I’m assuming she knows the lady as she addressed her by name”. She did this to try and embarrass me and discredit my question. I proceeded to ask again and she said she thought I’m just standing there which is absurd because I was holding items on my hand. She also proceeded to try and further embarrass me and loudly asked what shoukd she do now since it has happened.

I have been a Customer at this particular Spar and have never experienced such as I go there almost everyday.

I am so disappointed.☹️
