SUPERSPAR HAASENDAL - pathetic service

Sunday 11th I bought groceries from SPAR HAASENDAL. Requested R100 Telkom Mobile Airtime , and wuith my mask on waved my mobile phone at the teller. Get home and find that the teller had given me R100 Telkom airtime - not able to use on Telkom Mobile. Phoned Haasendal Spar , only to be told I should have checked before leaving the store . PATHETIC - why would I wave my phone while asking for Telkom airtime , if I didnt want telkom airtime for mobile phone. The mere attitude of the person who answered the phone was terrible. Also the teller could have been new , as she didnt look as though she knew what she was doing.
