Superspar carlswald "theft"
I write this out of a very serious concern with theft that is taking place at superspar at carlswald. Severally I have visited the shop to do my usual shopping, in many occasions I would pick up items from the shelves the would possible R10 by the time I reach the till the same product would be R14. At first I accepted their apology, but this continued to happen.. I decided to speak to two managers that I am no longer shopping at that store since almost every time items are placed on the shelves and priced but when one gets to the till the same product is much higher. I can't say there no times where I paid, cause I did not pick up that am being charged more. The guys (one black another white) they didn't show much interest but assured me that it will looked into. Couples days ago, I went again to spar I only had 3x items. One of the items was small gold floral magazine price at R35, when I got to the till it was R39.99. I was furious as this keeps happening even with such minimum number of items... a young white lady "seem to be a supervisor" came by I brought to her attention that this seem to happen so often at that store and I believe is done intention. The store is ***** from its customers silently. She looked at me with stinking attitude and said, it happens everywhere. Shocked, I asked her, so it's done with knowledge of management "*****ing because other chain stores" are doing. She looked at me dismissively and started walking away. So I followed her and said I am talking to you... she simple cynical said "have a good day sir" I honestly felt disappointed and disrespected. I believe management at that store are *****ing from the customers in order to increase their turnover. It cannot happen so often, even on 3x items. What happens when one is paying for trolley full of items.? Am considering reporting this store to customer protection commission. There is a serious theft happening there. Management of the store, think are too important. Someone must look into this....
