Superb service

<p>It is my wife's birthday today. We had told ourselves we were not going to buy a cake but later changed that idea and decided otherwise. I went to SPAR Zevenwacht (Bakery). The person responsibe was very terrible, started walking away from me the moment he heard I needed the cake the same day. Told me it was against their policy. Pleaded with him, sarcastically laughed at me and told me it was not possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Asked to speak with the Manager, not because I couldn't get the cake but due to the dissatisfying, absurd customer service I had received from this person. The manager managed to make me laugh and apologised. The service was excellent and she managed to arrange I got the cake the very same day. I will be picking it up later today. I just hope the guy who previously refused will not be putting any poisin on the cake</p> <p> </p>
