Superb customer experience!! Well done!

I recently made use of the Spar app to do some shopping. It was the first time!! They delivered my goodies in good time and unfortunately my bread was squashed and the wrong drinks were delivered. I notified them via their app and I got a call the next day apologizing for the mistake. Brenda whom I spoke with said she would send a driver with the correct goodies and she would also send another loaf of bread! I was blown away. The drive Eli had to come back twice, Brenda had mistakenly sent the wrong sized drink. They did all this on the same day! And let me keep the drink!! Brenda went above and beyond to correct the mistake and the driver delivered my goods with a big smile on his face! Thank you Spar! Thank you Brenda! Thank you Eli! Well done Spar!
