Super Spar (Secunda)

I had the worst experience at Spar (Secunda) on Saturday apparently Spar trolleys don't pass a certain point. In which I knew that but I was in a hurry off getting my asthma spray at an opposite chemist. But I was rudely shouted by a trolley 'guard' calling me in all sorts of names and holding the trolley by force threatening me that he will beat me up and pushing me around and raising his hand on me in which I also retaliated by pushing him and what's worse is that he was under the influence of alcohol meaning drinking while he was on duty. I got so emotional, that I had to turn back and leave the trolley in the street with my goods in it go back to Spar and ask for the manager in which one of the managers (DANIE) asked me in front of the customers what's wrong why are u crying as if I was not humiliated enough by the drunk guard and I had to explain what happened in front of everyone and in that process his busy telling me to stop crying and being emotional how can I stop crying when I was man handled by the trolley (guard) and yes I pulled the racial card because I felt I was not treated with respect and dignity. They did not take me seriously and all they could worry about is the R1200 trolley that gets missing if the trolley guards don't do the job and they said the trolley guard was well within Spar rights to hold the trolley by force because it's spar property. And when I said fine but I did not ***** the trolley or anything I bought heavy goods from them and I expect that I should carry them with a trolley or what was I suppose to do? they said I should have parked closer to spar in order for me to use the trolley but I just decided when I saw a few things on special there that I decided to buy. My expectation was not to be harassed by a drunken trolley guard. And I had to ask for an apology from Gerhard and Danie in which Gerhard said even if he does apologize it won't make any difference from Spar side and Danie said he won't apologise because I pulled the racial card. "En ek het KAAK gepraat". So I guess Spar does not care about how people carry the goods or I guess if you don't have a car to park at the Spar premises you should not shop there. My question is I would like to know how did they deal with the fact that the guard was drunk on duty? And harassed me? And I refused to leave my number with that Danie guy because he disrespected me. And Gerhard said if it was his wife he wouldn't be in that office at that moment probably he would have done worse to the guy. So I guess because I was not his wife he could not handle the matter any differently that is why I was disrespected like that, because there was no one to protect me. A woman amongst three man who felt they have an authority over me.
