stuff always out of stock

When ever there is a Special or promotion & i go to super spar Bertram's to get some thingst. Things are out of stock or they don't know when they will have ? ask when they will be rude & say ???how must they know ?? ?? mean there is no respect for costumiers!!? ?? see the pamphlet & decide to ride all that way to get some stuff??? to find out half of it is out of stock ?? stuff they don't even have & won't be getting it in stock ?? pharmacy ?l?? same thing ?? mean come on its like it is false advertising ??? waisting my time and others !! N?t t?? 1 st time they should make sure they have all things in stock before running specials
