Store not complying with OHASA

On the 24th August on entering the Spar on St Georges Street I tripped and fell due to a broken tile at the entrance covered with a rough mat. I fell on my face. My head, chin and nose was bleeding. I could not get up and was not assisted by the staff on duty. A passerby had to come to my assistance. I then asked for a little water and was offered water from a bottle that the security had been drinking from. I then asked for a wet wipe as my nose was bleeding and received a dry one that the security had in his hand. The stranger that assisted me got me a wet wipe. There was no staff or management around. The stranger then helped me all the way to my flat. I have emailed the store, but since did not get feedback. I have been in so much pain, and still have to be at work. If I am not at work then I do not get paid. I have not received assistance as yet and I need assistance now. As a customer, I am disappointed, upset, humiliated and this treatment is totally unacceptable.
