Store managers gruesome attitude

I went to buy airtime at Krugersdorp Kwik Spar on Von Brandis street. When my airtime couldn't go through gave me an error that the airtime voucher was already used. I went to get assistance from the Store manager who gave me such an attitude and sent me away without assisting told me I should call Vodacom and that this was not his problem.

I then called Vodacom and spoke to Ofentse who confirmed to me that this voucher number has not been activated... and gave this error message which he then smsed to me "UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THE NETWORK ELEMENT DATA. VOUCHER WITH THIS CARDNUMBER DOES NOT EXIST" he then explained to me that this ERROR message means that the airtime voucher was not activated. The manager refused to give me any sort of assistance and refused to give me either airtime or my money back, but sent me away without any assistance plus gave me such a gruesome attitude
