Store Manager shows no sympathy- Waterloo Spar Vlm
I visited the Waterloo Spar on the 24 March 2016, as I entered the automatic doors opened for me and as I walked in the door closed instantly injuring my right arm which was swollen for some time. I complained to the store manager instantly asking him to do something about the door and he showed no sympathy towards what happened to me. He told me that Spar does not have control over the doors since they are just renting in that place and I need to speak to the mall manager. I felt his attitude was pathetic which is really sad because I am a regular patron of the Waterloo spar.
