Store manager please do something about this its not the first time.

Cashiers are very rude, while they serving you they are busy talking to each other. the worst experience that i got this morning the cashier was busy chatting to each other then i was standing in front of her waiting for her to pack my groceries and she just said she forgets that she suppose to give me plastic bag.
