Stone in Drywors

About 6 weeks ago I bought a packet of Drywors from Spar, as I usually do when I shop there 4 x a week. On my way home, I bit into the drywors and bit into something so hard that my tooth broke right in the middle all the way to my gum. To my astonishment, i took a stone out of my mouth. i turned around right there and then and drove back to Spar, I spoke to the butchery manager as the owner was not available - he apologized, took the drywors and the stone and said they will replace it and i must send them the statement of my tooth, they will sort out the account. I went to the dentist 2 days after as I had tooth ache. I then phoned Spar, which they then said to me that they send the query to HQ and they will phone me. A week later I phoned HQ, they were not aware of the complaint at all. I then received an e-mail from HQ which with a form I needed to fill out for insurance purposes on 19/10/2015, i sent it back on 20/10/2015 and received confirmation of receipt on 21/10/2015. It is now 9/11/2015, I have still not heard a word back, need to go for a crown as my tooth is ruined and i still have not paid the first bill neither heard of anyone!!! No word, no feedback, no results!!
