Stomach bug for Spar food

On the 11 April at around 11h30 I bought cook packaged pap, coated checken with spinach from SPAR MIDDELBURG mall. The food was very nice, I enjoyed it not knowing that after i eat it I will have a running stomach the entire afternoon and night, to the point that whatever I eat just came out at the back in about 30min and I became very weak.
