****** Cell Phone

I am utterly disgusted with the management and security services of SPAR Ennerdale. My wife was ****** in SPAR a few months ago and I have been communicating with Owen but to no avail. We have as per Owens request opened a case gave him all the details and even went as far as going with the suspect to get the phone back but to no success. We cannot continue with the case as the witnesses (employees of Spar) are afraid to testify in fear of their lives... which is understandable and the cameras in Spar was not operational to add the security services was useless as the suspect ran pass 3 of them... I feel this is unacceptable and demand my cell be replaced!!!
