****** bag pack/inside job?

On the 2nd of September 2022 i went to go shopping at spar megacity i was carrying my bag pack so went to left my bag at their parcel counter went inside to do my shopping when I was done I went to fetch my bag at the percel counter to my surprise my bag was not there asked the lady what happened she said she doesn't knw.... I went inside the asked explained to the staff what happened and then i asked to speak to the manager i was told to ring a bell at a certain door he wil come to me i ranged the bell lord knows how many times no help an hour later he arrived asked what happened i told he said he wil check.... Few minutes later he comes back saying the footage shows what happened so now he will attend to this and he will let me knw he will Try to find if this guy's whom my bag was given to.... He asked if I could write down what was in the bag becouse i was so angry told him i wil give him the list but i listed a few i could remember my house keys people's orders becouse i am a herbalife distributor and 3000 i was suppose to deposit.... On monday i get to the store i was told the Manger had a doctor's appointment well fine i left the list they wanted 5 days passed they don't say anything i decide to call them on Sunday to ask about a way forward because the whole week i was not at work because my uniform was in the bag i call them asked to speak to the manager the lady that answered asked regarding what told her about the lost bag she said the manager is at the floor i ask her to please get him for me she then dropped my call call😡called again no response left a voice message that since they are failing to assist me I think it's fair i involve the police then i dropped the call few minutes later i get a call from the store. The Manger was not now busy he then said to me that they tried to call me but the number i gave their spar customer care was incorrect and that if i feel i want to involve the police it's my right he went on and said that when the look at the footage of the bag all the things i wrote there in the list were all of them in the bag because the bag doesn't seem to that full didn't understand what he ment he later says well if that's the case he is going to need receipts off all the things that were in the bag like what most of the things that were in the bag their receipts i don't hv anymore so does this mean i should just let them treat me like that? If it was me who lost their tag i was going to have to pay for it why is it so hard for them to return my goods mind you my goods were lost in their premises I want people to know that it's not safe to leave your goods at spar megacity how does one's bag get lost while they still have parcel counter number? No one is taking accountability i shop so much at spar but after what happened am not sure if i will still buy from them including my family as well as my close friends tli think they should change their slogan becouse they were not there for me 😭😭😭😭😭now i need to pay people's money clients want their products spar wants receipts
