Stock Issues and Quality of Goods

Over the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a serious deterioration in stock levels across categories in this store, particularly dairy goods, where Spar is even unable to stock their own brand of fresh milk.<br> <br> I queried with the store manager who blames it on suppliers and distributors.<br> <br> In addition, I purchased a 2l Ola ice cream tub, one of the last remaining tubs in the freezer. I should have known there was something amiss when the tub stuck to the freezer shelf when I tried to remove it.<br> <br> The ice cream has freezer burn (defrosted and re-frozen), probably as a result of power cuts experienced during load shedding - understandable, but then please don't sell it to your customers. That's R51 down the drain.<br> <br> I really hope this store picks up its socks because its becoming really unpleasant to try and shop there.
