Stinky Attitude

this morning i was at Steve's Spar around 09:00. I bought a few things and after paying for everything i decided to play Powerball by the cigarette counter. There was a cashier sitting there by the name of Zanele. have to say her attitude towards me was not welcoming...don't know why!!! i just wanted her to borrow me a pen to play the Powerball and she just give me an attitude. She said they don't keep pens by the cigarette counter which is strange because you got a till and a card swiping machine if people want to buy stuff by that counter. i asked her to ask her colleagues and she wasn't willing to help. clearly she doesn't know or understand what customer services means. I had to go and get a pen myself from other cashiers who were nicer. Please get this lady to correct her approach to people who contribute their hard earned money towards her salary because if gets fired and seats at home complaining about not getting a job, her family will be struggle.

Don't let one person spoil the shopping experience for customers!!!
