Stinking attitude

I went to SPAR in Grosvernor to buy lunch on Monday. I was surved by the ruddest lady I've met in my life. Her name is Lerato. This lady disrespected me, coursed drama and made my overall shopping experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. I tried to report her to her manager on duty Ahmed who just stood there and watched the whole drama unfold. When I asked this Ahmed to give me Lerato's surname so I could report this behaviour to the store owner, Ahmed told me he does not know her surname, how on earth do you employ someone and not know their surname. That girl has such bad attitude, I was shaking when I left the store. Got toy car and cried
