Stinking attitude

I bought ox liver and when I was ready to prepare it I noticed it was rotten. It looked and smelled rotten so I took it back to the store. It was packed on the 12th December with a sell by date of the 17th. Today is the 14th. Zukiswa apologised and gave it to Marius who smelled it and said he can't smell anything wrong with it. He then threw it on the counter. I said to him he just has to look at it to see its rotten, to which he rep**** that I can't just look at meat and tell it's rotten. Do I look stupid that I would drive all the way from my house to return meat that is not off??? I found his comment offensive and unwarranted. I doubt he would have said that if I was white. Amalinda Super Spar supposedly won store of the year for 2015. I wonder how that happened with this Marius around!
