Stilling accusations

I was really ill treated at Spar Mega City mall. I was accused of stilling a Vaseline just because I opened the product and left it in the store. The reason why I did not buy this product it is because I wanted other things too so I couldn't buy only Vaseline. I wanted to buy collgate charcoal and super whiting collgate but I didn't see the collgate charcoal so I letf the Vaseline which I opened and when I was about to exit a security guard stop me and asked me if I know this Vaseline, I said yes I know it and I opened it, the security guard asked me to follow him in the back where they forced me to fill in the form which state that I was stilling that product whereas I left the product at the store. When I said I want to buy the product because I opened it they said I must pay 5 times for it. The problem is that I did not try to ***** Vaseline, they even to a picture of me hold that Vaseline. Right now I look like a tiff which I am not. The worst thing is that they did not want me to take that Vaseline which I paid 5 times for. I demanded damages.
