Really poor experience with VC SPAR Brakpan and the SPAR2U service. Incorrect items delivered after "confirming" substitutions, and produce that was completely inedible.

I’ve been dealing with Customer Care for over a week (***). I was promised an email from the Retail Operations Manager to resolve the issue, but I’m still waiting. It seems once they have your money, the "Customer Care" part disappears. Disappointing service for a local store.
