STILL NO CLOSER TO RESOLUTION

I complained a few weeks ago about Spar putting an ad in our newspaper with specials, when I went to purchase them, I was told that they had no idea what I was talking about. I went home, called the customer care line ... they took my details and .... NOTHING .... just over a week later I called the Durban HEAD OFFICE ... spoke to a lady who had my name and complaint logged and then proceed to refer my complaint to a big boss (marked urgent) .... and NOTHING!!!! Really is this how customers are now being treated? This is not right! you cannot advertise something than say but sorry, not for this spar or that or this area or that especially if the ad does not state such!!!! I WANT MY SPECIALS and will not stop here ... my next step is newspapers and will name and shame all who I have spoke wrt to my unanswered complaint!!!
