Stevens from Parkrand SPAR tops is disrespectful

Yesterday I ordered at Parkrand SPAR tops order number 79365. One of the packers called to inform me that they do not have the Savannah dry 12x330mI I ordered however they have to cancel them from my order, I asked them what other options do I have, the guys transferred me to a rude lady called Jobs to help. Even though she was rude we reached a conclusion that they will send through 24x330ml Savannah drys at a normal price because they are not on special for, we agreed because there's a +10% reservation on the payment card temporarily to cover extra costs during possible product replacement. 5 minutes later the previous guys calls back to inform me that they can only pack 3packs because of the funds, I tell him about the conversation I had with Jobe about the funds and he says he will call back he is going to the store manager to ask him on a way forward and how the reservation fee works and will call back in 5 minutes so I can speak to the manager. About 30 minutes passed and I decided to call back to find out what's happening. I spoke to Steven and instead of explaining he lies and says they don't have any stock of savannahs in store, I tell him that but Jobe and the packer said they have them, they just don't have the ones I asked for, he starts swearing on the phone saying how of a terrible person I am, then hangs up. I called again to simply cancel the entire order to make things simple the person who answered says Steven does not want to interact with me anymore I should quit wasting my time calling.
