Stay Away from Mall@55 Super Spar

Spar Mall@55, centurion, you should close your doors, you treat people so poorly because you think you dominate the market in this area. 21 December 2022, 14:30pm, I visited your store where I was a regular customer until this incident. The cashier charged me for a cool drink which I did not have among my 3 items. I informed her, she called her supervisor and they had a discussion and left me standing there like a fool without saying a word. 10 minutes later, the supervisor walked away. and the cashier carried on with her business. Eventually after about 15 minutes, I went to the supervisor who basically ignored me because she was busy elsewhere, her name is Yanga. I spoke to the Store manager, and he walks up to the cashier, gets me my refund, and tells me he will have a word with the supervisor. I walk back in to get the supervisors name on her tag, and the manager and supervisor are busy laughing that I made a complaint but at least I am gone from the store and thought me a big joke. My advice to people is to stay away from this store until they start treating customers with respect.
