Starwood Spar - Bad Attitude

Visited the local Spar today (06/04) and a cashier in the '10 items or less till was very rude. Unfortunately, I do not know her name but she was the second last cashier in the row. <br> <br> Spar rewards are discounted upon entry of a cell number that one is signed up for. Told the cashier and she entered by cell number incorrect a few times. She spoke in Zulu to her friend whilst clicking her tongue, she was upset/annoyed. <br> <br> I then asked her where would I get a rewards card and she did not respond. Maybe she was having a bad day, whatever the reason maybe, I have never had trouble with other Spar cashiers before. <br> <br> Perhaps brief the staff on the Spar rewards program and customer service? Did not have a pleasant experience.
