Stale stock and bad custromer service from HO

I bought a six pack Spar fruit flavored yoghurt and when ever I open one for lunch it has "bubbles" on the top. It also taste sour when eating. This is the first time that I am buying this product and not very happy with it. The expired date is only next week and I purchased this at the beginning of April 2019. Not a happy customer at all. I then received an e-mail from Thola Mdluli ( Customer Care Advisor) Good day Noeleen Omarjee

We do apologize for the experience that you had with the product and would like to send you a SPAR gift card as a gesture of goodwill. Please can I have your postal address, contact details and ID number as a security link to your card.

I then sent them all the details as requested and that was the end of the story. They have not come back to me since 15/04/2019.
