Stale doughnut

I bought a ring doughnut at Spar Wolmaransstad and it was as hard as a rock bun. And yet they say it was done yesterday. On me returning it they were all over the place and not communicating,not even an apology was offered by the so called manager.I am very disappointed by the manager's service,she must go back to training for customer service.The seurity guy gave better service than her.
