Stale cakes

Yesterday afternoon my husband went to the Starwood spar in Phoenix to get a few household items. While he was there he decided to get us some of the cream slices from the bakery section. I have to say those were the worst cakes ever. The cream was hard and the cakes was so dry and stale. It even had a terrible taste, like it was on the verge of being off. We are such frequent spar shoppers. I just finished do my entire shopping at spar and now this. It makes me feel as though spar is only after the money and does not care about customer service.
