STALE BREADS

I bought 25 brown breads at SPAR MTUBATUBA on the 13th of March 2025, the expiry date on the breads was the 16th of March 2015. In the morning of the 14th, breads were stale and had a green mold. O took them back to the store, however the store manager caused a scene that even the shoppers were looking at us. She was shouting saying why did we buy these breads again because in February i bought them and they were stale again. The managwr shouted and refused to exchange or refund me. I left with those stale breads. I called SPAR Customer care and they tried to speak to the manager but she refused to talk to them. I was promised that the Area manager will call me to resolve the matter, but to this day I'm still waiting.
