Stale Bakery Items
On the 1st of January 2016, i bought groceries including a DEATH BY CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! I cut the cake and offered it to my family and everyone could not eat and enjoy the cake as it was stale. i called one of the supervisors in the store who assured me that they would help me and i should bring the remainder of the cake. I took the cake to the shop but unfortunately did not have the reciept. I explained to her that she could trace my transactions as i had paid by a cheque card. She was keen to help me but the manager behind her simply shook his head and the lady said they could not help me. i left the cake there and gladly the male manager took it. So i lost about R70 for the cake and half of the cake! After discussions with friends i have been told never to buy anything from the bakery there!
