Staff Complaint!

I have a complaint about staff service at Grand Central spar in Cape Town near the bus terminal. I was shocked at the extremely slow service of Ester Bolani.I asked her what her name was and she told me Senazo but the slip she issued me says cashier name is Ester Bolani. There was also only one person working at the cigarette counter and making coffee and selling donuts all at the same time. When I started asking if there was anybody else to assist she ignored me without explanation and only after the third time she told me she was busy making coffee orders. She was extremely rude. Then out of the blue the security person (Man) that also works there whose name I did not catch told me to go use another till because there is only one person working there. The cleanliness of Grand Central also has to be looked at it always looks dirty and sometimes there is even a smell coming from the store. Also there are times when the store is blasting music so loud and my question is always is it a club or a spar? Please get back to me with an explanation because none of this behavior makes sense.
