Staff attitude

I went to Spar Soshanguve croosing mall to get breakfast, little did I know that I would be humiliated and discriminated against. A lady whom I do not know what was her position at the store screaming at me, her colleagues and other customers where watching and hearing the level of attitude she displayed.It was absolutely degrading. I tried to keep it together and there was no supervisor to come to my rescue. My reputation and image took a blow, I even saw some of my clients looking at me wondering what I could have did to make her use such tone to address me. I wonder if this is type of service and attitude I will be looking forward to in the future.
