SQUARE SPAR RUSTENBURG ROTTEN CLIENT SERVICE

After Square Spar was in the news for selling rotten food to their customers and dirty areas behind their store (the store was investigated by police and health inspectors and was also on fb and in the newspaper) after wich they improved somewhat, but their customer service is disappointing. I spend a lot of money every week at Square Spar in Rustenburg, unfortunately they are the nearest store to me. I was laughed at by staff because I wanted to get a price for an item. Was sent from person to person. Was treated like a dog. I have told my husband this Spar will never see me again. Sorry. I prefer to drive the extra few kilos and go to Safari Park or Geelhoud Park Spar, after all they are beautifully clean, and their customer service is great. I was humiliated. Still felt bad long after that. The staff talk and laugh to your face in their language ... there are NEVER prices on their shelves. And if you're lucky enough to see the prices, it's confusing ... I do NOT advise ANYONE to spend their hard earned money at this place. I still feel like a dog, and apparently my money is not well spent on them ...
