Spoilt Milk

I Purchse 2 packs of milk from spar starwood and i opened a box which had the seal still intact and was spoilt, the milk expiry date is in January 2016 therefore this is appaling as the milk was on sale and still is so therefore the quality of the product or probablly storage might now be in accordance to maintain the freshness so that it can last to the expiry date.
