Spoilt and rock hard milk tart

I bought a milk tart from spar Olivedale the milk tart was absolutely hard as rock. This is not my first experience I had an experience with spoilt cream in a cake returned it, the second time I ate a cake from there and had food poisoning. I don't understand why spar Olivedale management has such a don't care attitude towards quality control. The manager could only tell me the first time it was due to the heat therefore the cake was off, so the second time what was it then? Now I buy a hard milk tart, Spar Olivedale has the most pathetic fruits, food and cakes... It's absolutely shocking!!! I doubt I'll ever shop there again & I was a regular customer.
