spoiled bags of oranges at the store

26 Sept 2021 @ 14:41 i was at Mills Superspar to get few things that we needed. amongst those things, we needed 2 large bags of oranges. It did not sit well with me when i had to go thru number of bags as many bag had spoiled orange. how can a big brand like spar keep such on the floor? why are they not having someone who will make sure that the spoiled bags are removed from the shelves or from the floor?
