Spitting in Customer's Food

We have been shopping at this specific Spar for over 6 years and on that same note so do all our family and friends. We do not spend less than R200 per day. For the last 6 months we have felt extremely uncomfortable when shopping at the mentioned store. We have been cursed in our mother tongue, Portuguese, by one of their employees, Sao Pestana, but due to the pettiness we have just turned the other cheek. On Thursday, 26 February 2015 at around 19:30 my husband and I went to do our regular daily shopping routine at Spar Montana. I spend more than I would usually as I had an event at work the next day. Due to loadshedding being scheduled that evening we decided to rather get take outs at Galitos. While at the drive through we see Sao step into Galitos, fully uniformed by Spar, we then decide to proceed with our meal order&payment thereof. At the collections window, while waiting for our food another employee from Spar, Anita Pestana, sticks her head out towards the window & tells the manageress that she should spit in our food.
