SPECIALS ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK

We have SO long awaited the coming of a SPAR store in our town of St Helena bay (WP) which would save us travelling 27km to the nearest town to buy our groceries. But now that we DO have a Spar it is forever out of stock of various items of which most are the specials! Recently (2 weeks ago) the double layer toilet paper and Spar baked beans and Spar long life milk were all on promotion . My husband went there on a daily basis just to find the shelf empty of all THREE these products and upon enquiry with the manager my husband would be informed that Spar DC in Cape Town could not supply him. Now they have the Enterprise viennas on special and my husband AGAIN found the shelf empty on Monday 10/8/2015 as well as today and again he was informed that he is not being supp****. This is not the first time this has happened, EVERY time they have specials it is the same story over and over SURELY if one knows that you have specials you should order ENOUGH of the product before hand?? PLEASE can something be done about this as it is now becoming ridiculous and is extremely frustrating for us that want to support Spar.
