SPAR's Incorrect pricing and Cash back.

I would like to find out why SPAR pineslopes makes us buy something before we can do free cash @ till withdrawals. You go to a till and ask the cashier for a cash back .. and their response is always" you have to buy something first. Isn't this supposed to be free of charge? Another thing is that their prices on the shelves are not always the same as when they scan them on the system.It is either R1.00 (extra)if not more. I have noticed this because i shop there almost all the time. this needs to be fixed. you won't notice if you're in a hurry. i know it seems like nothing but it's a lot Considering how many customers that buy without noticing this.
